The Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching course consists of four modules and is considered to be the industry entry level certification for network engineers.

This module describes the architecture, components and operations of routers and switches in larger and more complex networks. By the end of the module students should be able to configure and troubleshoot routers and switches and resolve common issues with OSPF, EIGRP, and STP in both IPv4 and IPv6 networks and develop knowledge and skills required to implement a WLAN in a small to medium network.

Outcome

Pre-requisites

Participants should have a basic understanding of using Windows-based computers. It is recommended that CCNA1 and CCNA2 is completed first.

Successful completion: CISCO course completion certificate. Outstanding results: CISCO CEO letter.

Additional notes

On successful completion of CCNA1, CCNA2, CCNA3 and CCNA4 students can complete the Cisco CCNA Certification exam.
